We pick you at your accommodation in Reykjavik and transport you just outside the city limits for the ultimate buggy tour. At the base, we gear you up with all the necessary equipment and give you a briefing of the vehicle. Once you are ready, we’ll take you on the thrill of a lifetime with this 1 hour adrenaline inducing buggy tour right by the slopes of Mount Esja. Get ready to climb hills, run through river beds and so much more. And don’t worry, there’s not extra charge for getting covered in dust, mud, water splashes or even snow!

After the buggy tour, we’ll drive you to Reykjavik domestic airport where you’ll meet up with one of our skilled helicopter pilots. On this exciting and scenic helicopter tour you’ll get the best view of the quaint and colourful settlements that sprawl into the vast Arctic and beyond. You will land on a nearby summit to capture a breathtaking panorama of the blue ocean, crumbling mountains, and steaming volcanic hillsides that give this “Smokey Bay” its name.

Pick up time at hotel: 08:30 – 09:00

Included: 1 hour guided Buggy tour (2 in each Buggy), helmets, gloves, balaclavas and water resistant overalls. A fully guided helicopter tour. Pick up from accommodation in Reykjavik and drop off at domestic airport. Hotel drop off not included.

Bring: Shoes for the outdoors, warm clothing under the overall, a camera, and something to drink.

Good to know: The Buggies are equipped with 4-point harnesses for your safety and automatic transmission for driving ease. A stop is made mid way on the buggy tour, so both passengers will have the opportunity to drive. You need a valid driving license to drive the Buggy. Age limit is 6 years. Legal guardians must sign for all passengers under 17 years of age.
